This website is a first overview of the Humanitarian Program of Infrastructure Projects that was created and structured. It is an OVERVIEW, following a nonconventional structure; the most important task is to send the message of providing context. Additional information on many subjects not presented here, as well as social media platforms, will be available in the full portal under construction. "Courage is born of love for others, that's all. So don't worry about being courageous, because courage is a result, not a cause. The cause is love for other people, CARE, or the lack of it." Olavo de Carvalho
"When we innovate with experience, achieving results that break paradigms, we find the basis for proposing new solutions to real-world problems that many—because of human nature, consider unattainable or too daring."
Ulf Walter Palme
This audacity to propose new solutions leverages creativity—generative creation—eliminating miserable realities and allowing the installation of order and progress as the basis of a happy and full environment.
It is not only about technical issues—which are necessary to improve quality of life—but much more about a firm, unwavering purpose, based on love, to decree the end of human exploitation and the neglect of VULNERABLE FAMILIES, especially children and young people. Do the right thing right away. No excuses!.
Transforming financial resources into benefits for millions of VULNERABLE FAMILIES in many different cultures and geographies!
The proposed Humanitarian Program of Infrastructure Projects for the Development of Progress and Prosperity has its solid anchor in this purpose to eliminate Multidimensional Poverty through Multidimensional Solutions, eradicate extreme poverty, and offer vulnerable families a practical, solid path that emancipates these families to a sustainable and progressive life. The term is 3 to 5 years.
The proposed actions focus on the municipalities/counties, where people live, and will leverage their economies at the local and regional level. Although the focus is on vulnerable families, the adopted strategy will, in fact, benefit the entire population. The territory, however, where the cradle of this strategy is, is the family, the home. In this way, we created a project we named MY BLISSFUL HOME.

What is proposed can and should be replicated, which is possible in practically any locality and country (with some local adjustments), since the issues dealt with and their deep problems (in the axes considered of Territorial Management, Housing and Communities, Food Security, Wellbeing & Health, Environment & Sanitation, Clean Energy, and Logistics & Infrastructure), are embedded in the reality of countless communities around the planet. They are at the origin of Multidimensional Poverty and require, not palliatives, but Multidimensional Solutions.
This is the inherent versatility required by the integration and focus offered by the Program, and especially the purpose and commitment to achieve, for the real progress of vulnerable families and the eradication of extreme poverty.
Here we will provide for a first condensed example, that said again, shall be replicated: In the case of the Republic of Paraguay, it is a Country Program because Paraguay never recovered after the War of the Triple Alliance. In our concept the opportunity for a true Redemption, Liberation, Restoration deserved. VULNERABLE FAMILIES, it is estimated, reach 55% of the country's population with an impressive number of children and young people. It is necessary to boost local economies in the Districts to ensure the progress of the community, especially the vulnerable. The infrastructures installed once emancipated are transformed into local cooperatives managed by the population. Everyone is going to benefit.
1. Context and Justification:
The planned path, with solid foundations in previous experiences in rural and urban areas of Latin America, with a focus on FOOD SECURITY and CARE, brings with it lessons that must be adopted to obtain the desired results, are described in the presentations of the Project. In this way, the responsibility for its implementation can be assumed. FOOD SECURITY is the locomotive that drives all the other issues covered in CARE, the wagons.
The entire proposed path can be replicated in practically any geography. In the Republic of Paraguay, there are approximately 680,000 VULNERABLE FAMILIES, corresponding to approximately 3.4 million beneficiaries (~55% of the country's population). Most of them children and young people.
Rescue and support are integrated into a sustainable continuity solution in order to eradicate extreme poverty and improve the quality of life of vulnerable people through circular economy concepts/actions and through training and work in exchange for the assistance offered, boosting local economies.
It is necessary to take into account that the population, and especially the most vulnerable, are tired of lies and of promises that are not kept, especially by many governments. We need to have access to vulnerable families and that they feel comfortable describing their real conditions in the face-to-face census that will be carried out. As is very well known: if communication is the key, the lock is trust! That is why the reason for carrying out, first of all, a National Face-to-Face Census of Vulnerable Families. Coming to know who they are and where they are is imperative. They are dispersed, not in a camp like in the movies... That is not mapped and is unknown. We have the experience, and that is what we are here for. The strategy and logistics are ready.
2. General Objective and Purpose:
-
To promote the progress of VULNERABLE FAMILIES throughout the Paraguayan territory so that they can achieve real, sustainable, and permanent emancipation through the promotion of local economies;
-
Eradication of EXTREME POVERTY throughout Paraguayan territory;
-
Supporting resource-poor farmers, to boost and improve the supply and affordable availability of nutritious food in the Districts;
-
Ensure and improve the supply of nutritious school meals, ensuring FOOD SECURITY for children and young people (34% of the population).
-
Expected number of vulnerable families to be assisted:
-
220,000 Families in the Metropolitan Area of Asunción – ASU;
-
250,000 Families in the Urban Interior of the Country;
-
210,000 Rural Producer Families in the Interior of the Country.
Estimated population of beneficiaries: 680,000 families and approximately 3.4 million inhabitants.
The firm purpose of progress to VULNERABLE FAMILIES until the moment of their emancipation & eradication of EXTREME POVERTY (foreseen for less than 60 months after the start of the Program and the Projects), that is, that they can support themselves through income of honest work, requires premises that allow the full viability of the strategies and logistics planned in this Program, which promotes and encourages the strengthening of local economies, as the process that makes it possible and carries it out.
This purpose & mission are the core commitment of our team of experts, together with the population, especially the VULNERABLE FAMILIES.
